Terms & Conditions – Daily Special Events & Activities
At Marinelys, we are committed to providing a safe, engaging, and enjoyable environment for every child participating in our Daily Special Events & Activities. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before confirming your booking.
- Registration & Booking
Participation is confirmed only after the completed registration form has been received and full payment has been successfully processed.
- Pricing & VAT
All prices are subject to 5% VAT in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
- Child Attendance
This booking is valid only for the specific date, time, and activity selected during registration. Children must be signed in and signed out by their parent or an authorized guardian.
- Health & Medical Information
Parents or guardians must provide complete and accurate information regarding the child’s medical conditions, allergies, medications, dietary restrictions, or any special care requirements before the activity begins.
Children who are unwell, have a contagious illness, fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or any infectious condition should not attend the activity.
- Safety & Behaviour
Our team is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all children. Children are expected to follow staff instructions and behave respectfully towards other children, staff members, equipment, and facilities.
If a child’s behaviour seriously affects the safety or enjoyment of others, Marinelys reserves the right to contact the parent or guardian for immediate collection of the child.
- Personal Belongings
Please ensure all personal belongings are clearly labelled. Marinelys is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, or damaged personal items brought to the activity.
- Meals & Personal Items
Parents should provide any required snacks, meals, water bottles, milk, diapers, wipes, spare clothing, or other personal care items needed during the activity, unless otherwise stated in the activity details.
- Photography & Media
Photos or videos may occasionally be taken during activities for internal records or promotional purposes. If you do not wish your child to appear in photographs or videos, please inform Marinelys in writing before the activity date.
- Payment Policy
Full payment is required in advance to secure the child’s place for the selected activity.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
All bookings are non-refundable. If a child is unable to attend due to illness or an emergency, any credit or rescheduling will be considered solely at the discretion of Marinelys and subject to availability.
- Activity Changes
Marinelys reserves the right to modify, substitute, postpone, or cancel any activity, schedule, entertainer, or program due to operational requirements, safety considerations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Where applicable, a suitable alternative activity or rescheduled session may be offered.
- Emergency Medical Care
In the event of a medical emergency, Marinelys will immediately contact the parent or guardian. If urgent medical attention is required, Marinelys may arrange appropriate emergency medical assistance in the best interest of the child.

By completing the registration and making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above Terms & Conditions for participation in Marinelys Daily Special Events & Activities
