Terms & Conditions:

At Marinelys, our commitment is to provide a safe, nurturing, and reliable environment for your child, while ensuring complete transparency and a seamless experience for parents. We strive to deliver care that gives you peace of mind, trust, and confidence every time you choose our services. Kindly review the following terms:

  • Pricing & VAT
    All service charges are subject to 5% VAT in accordance with UAE regulations.
  • Package Validity
    All confirmed bookings and packages are valid for 30 days from the date of payment. We kindly encourage parents to plan their schedule to make full use of the selected package within this period.
  • Booking Confirmation
    Your selected package will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. Confirmation details will be shared via email or WhatsApp, which will serve as your official booking confirmation with Marinelys.
  • Payments & Refund Policy
    All bookings are confirmed upon advance payment. All payments are strictly non-refundable, except in verified emergency cases subject to management approval. Unused hours or days may be rescheduled and utilized within 30 days from the payment date.
  • Rescheduling & Adjustments
    We understand that plans may change. You may reschedule or adjust timings within the 30-day validity period, subject to availability. All unused services must be utilized within this period.
  • Usage Policy
    For safety and service consistency, all packages are non-transferable and can only be used for the registered child and family.
  • Fee Policy
    Fees are to be paid in advance (weekly or monthly, as agreed). In case of delayed payments, services may be temporarily paused, and continued non-payment may result in cancellation of the reserved slot.
  • Absences & Closures
    Fees remain applicable during your child’s absence, including due to illness, holidays, or personal reasons, as well as family events or schedule changes.
  • Exceptions
    In the event of closure by Marinelys due to internal maintenance, any unused days will be extended accordingly. However, in cases of government-declared closures, extreme weather conditions, or safety-related situations, fees will not be extended or refunded.
  • Food Policy
    Parents are kindly requested to provide food and essential items for their child during the service period.
  • Child Information
    For your child’s safety and well-being, parents are required to share all relevant information, including allergies, medical conditions, daily routine, and any special instructions. These details can be provided during drop-off, via WhatsApp, or by email.
  • Health & Safety Check
    Upon arrival, our team will conduct a basic wellness check (appearance, general condition, and temperature). Parents will be informed of any concerns observed. If necessary, we may request early collection of the child in the interest of their health and well-being.
  • Handover Responsibility
    At the time of pickup, our team will provide a complete update on your child’s care. Parents are kindly requested to check their child before leaving the premises.
  • Responsibility Scope
    Marinelys is responsible for your child only during the confirmed service period under our care. We are not liable for any conditions or incidents occurring outside our facility or beyond the service hours.
  • Respectful Communication Policy
    We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all. Any form of abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.
  • Parent Updates
    We provide regular updates on your child’s activities, sleep, feeding, and any important observations during the service period.
  • Acknowledgement
    By confirming a booking and completing registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions set by Marinelys.

  • I agree to maintain a safe, respectful, and cooperative environment with the Marinelys team and understand that non-compliance may result in suspension or termination of services.
  • I acknowledge that Marinelys will provide care with the highest standards of responsibility during the agreed service period, within the defined scope of services.
  • By proceeding with booking and registration, I voluntarily consent to all the above and confirm my agreement to engage Marinelys services under these terms.
