At Marinelys, we are committed to delivering a safe, organized, and enjoyable experience for every child during parties and events. Kindly review the following terms:
- Pricing & VAT
All service charges are subject to 5% VAT in accordance with UAE regulations.
- Parental Responsibility
Parents or guardians remain fully responsible for the supervision and safety of their children throughout the duration of the event.
- Venue Policy
To maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards, shoes, sandals, or slippers are strictly not permitted inside the event venue.
- Payment Terms
A 50% advance payment is required 10 days prior to the event date to confirm the booking.
The remaining 50% balance must be settled 3 days before the confirmed event date.
- Cancellation Policy
All payments made are strictly non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
- Design & Decoration Scope
Final backdrop design, decorations, and inclusions will be provided based on the selected package.
Customization requests will be accommodated only within the scope of the purchased package.
- Design References & Inputs
Clients may share inspiration images or ideas. Our team will creatively adapt and design based on your preferences, aligned with your selected package.
- Change Policy
Same-day or last-minute changes to designs, themes, or backdrop arrangements are not permitted.
All design approvals must be finalized in advance to ensure quality execution.
- Acknowledgement
By confirming a booking and completing registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions set by Marinelys.
