Who are the Babysitters/ Nannies?

Marinelys started with a small group of dedicated and experienced Babysitters / Nannies, through months, we’ve kept our employees happy and contented, by the expanded demands, we also has expanded and we’re proud to have each dedicated Babysitters / Nannies on our team.

We also have good relationships with the previous employers within the UAE and other countries and they are happily refers their Babysitters/Nannies to us, and also the Babysitters / Nanny who are experienced in their home countries and here in UAE as well.

Will I know anything about my Babysitters/ Nannies before they arrive?

Once you have chosen of all the CVs and profiles, detailed informations including her full name, biography, educational background, experiences and photo will be sent by email or whatsapp number.

How can I reserve a Babysitters/ Nannies?

You can reserve a Babysitters/ Nannies by filling out a registration form, calling the company directly or speaking with our team that you are confirming a booking and you can be confirmed by paying the reservation fee.

How do I confirm my reservation?

Once your request is reviewed, you will receive an email with your Babysitters / Nannies profile and instructions. Then we will send you the invoice to provide the payment. Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with the receipt and Babysitters / Nannies profile and details.

Can I request the same Babysitters/ Nannies every time?

It is always our preference to book the same Babysitters/ Nannies.
Please provide all of the dates and times with as much notice as possible so that the same Babysitters/ Nannies can be arranged. We will do our best to choose a Babysitters/ Nannies that generally has availability during those times however, we can never guarantee that the same staff will always be available specially when the Babysitters/ Nannies is sick or having an emergency.

What if I have a last-minute request?

We are able to accommodate most last-minute requests. We can usually have a Babysitters/ Nannies to your home, hotel or event within the allowance of 1.5 to 2 hours. There are additional fees when booking a Babysitters/ Nannies at the last minute.
And we require a booking of minimum 6 hours, lesser than 6 hours will not accommodate a last minute request.

How should I give the Babysitters/ Nannies instructions?

Your Babysitters/ Nannies will already have a description of your general expectations based on the information provided at the time of reservation. She will have a registration form for you to complete with your detailed expectations. It is also recommended to have your instructions and requests written or printed out for the Babysitters/ Nannies prior to her arrival. Please be detailed and remember that each family is different. We recommend scheduling the Babysitters/ Nannies to arrive at least 15 minutes before you have to leave to review and familiarize the Babysitters/ Nannies with your instructions.

What will the Babysitters/ Nannies do while my children are napping or sleeping?

Your Babysitters/ Nannies will bring a book or quietly work to do while the children are sleeping or napping. If you are in a hotel room, the Babysitters/ Nannies will sit quietly and until you arrive. Marinelys provides child care services only. Baby sitters will not clean nor do any domestic work outside of cleanup from the time they have spent with the children during the reservation.

Note that the Babysitters are assigned specially for the Baby like newborn/ infants/ toddlers and in a Live Out basis or as per booking.

And the Nanniesis assigned to do the mix of small house hold while they look after older kids either they are booked to Live Out or as per booking.

What if I want to refer the Babysitters/ Nannies to a friend?

We value your referrals more than anything and will always make sure that your referrals are treated with the utmost priority and respect. However, please keep in mind that you have signed a contract that indicates you will not share your Babysitters/ Nannies phone number or personal information with any third party. This is for the safety of the staffs and to ensure the highest quality of services for your family.

Note that the Babysitters are assigned specially for the Baby like newborn/ infants/ toddlers and in a Live Out basis or as per booking.

And the Nanniesis assigned to do the mix of small house hold while they look after older kids either they are booked to Live Out or as per booking.

Do I always need to book Babysitters/ Nannies through The Company?

Reservations must be booked directly with Marinelys only. They are under a non-negotiable contract and they will not work for any client (or third party) outside of The Marinelys Company. The Babysitters respect their jobs, commitments and agreements and we hope you will too.
And the Nanniesis assigned to do the mix of small house hold while they look after older kids either they are booked to Live Out or as per booking.

Should I provide a meal for the Babysitters/ Nannies?

Babysitters will bring their own food a mealtime, we strongly encourage providing a meal for your Babysitters/ Nannies. If your reservation at a hotel is 8 hours or more, and during normal meal times, you are required to purchase at least one meal for your Babysitters/ Nannies.

How do I know that I am getting a good, safe and qualified Babysitters/ Nannies?

Marinelys has the highest standards in the industry. Each Babysitters/ Nannies has participated in the training program that involves a personal interview, supervised training, a personality test, CPR certification; Pediatric training and AED, a clear background and most of our staffs are graduate of Nursing, Midwifery and Caregiver. Please be as detailed as possible in your request so that we can make the best possible match.

Is there anything that the Babysitters cannot do?

We are not giving medication, supervise medications or allow anyone not pre authorized by the client into the home or hotel room. In case of any fever or some viral causing sickness, we are only allowed to give when the Parent are away and needs to give the Medicine to ease the Fever, However we needs to be supervised and needs the Authorization from the parents with advise of the Pediatrician or Doctor.

What we will do if my Babysitters/ Nannies get sick during my Booking ?

All our Babysitters/ Nannies are trained and responsible. Whenever they fall sick, or experienced some signs of fever, cough, colds or any sickness they notify us at the earliest and immediately we will send a replacement with the same caliber that matches your preference. The staff will do a short hand over of your Baby’s routine and preferences.

How can I pay my services?

Our Accounts department will send you Tax Invoice through your email or whatsapp number.

You can pay through Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card, Bank transfer to Marinelys DMCC Company Account or Issue a Cheque under the name of Marinelys DMCC or Our Accounts Assistant will come to your home to collect the payment.

Once we received the payment we will immediately send you the Receipt.

All are availbe in the convenience of your own home.

How can I cancel my booking? Cancellation and Refund Policy:-

Cancellation Policy:-

For a Long term or Monthly Contract, Cancellation should be 30 days ahead of time.

If you have paid the service for the Month that you are in service and you suddenly cancelled the Service, we will not be liable for the refund or to pay back the service charge.

In case the cancellation causes from the company side, we will be sending a replacement staff to complete your booking without refunding the outstanding service.

If you are paying ahead or 30 days in advance and you cancelled the service, we will be liable to refund the advance payment that you have paid with a notice period of 30 days through bank transfer.

Once we received the payment we will immediately send you the Receipt.
